To the point Aeroplan and Club Avolta announce a loyalty partnership: earn points at Hudson and Dufry airport stores at YYZ, YVR, YYC, YTZ, LAX, SFO, and ORD.

Aeroplan and Club Avolta, the loyalty program for the Hudson, Dufry, and HMSHost brands, announced on June 30, 2026 a partnership covering North America. Travellers who are members of both programs can now earn Aeroplan points on purchases made in airport stores. This is the first Aeroplan partnership with an airport retail loyalty program in North America: a sign that Aeroplan is increasingly establishing itself as an everyday program, well beyond flights alone.

What this means in practice

The partnership lets you earn 1 Aeroplan point for every CA$2 spent at participating Hudson and Dufry stores, as well as through Club Avolta’s Reserve & Collect service. To earn points, you must link your Aeroplan account to your Club Avolta account directly in the Club Avolta app.

HMSHost restaurants, also under the Avolta banner, will be added to the program by the end of 2026. Once fully rolled out, the network will include about 1,900 locations across North America.

Members who link their Aeroplan and Club Avolta accounts also benefit from cross-offers across Air Canada’s global network, as well as at participating Avolta duty-free shops, convenience stores, and specialty retail outlets.

Participating airports

The partnership is live at seven airports at launch:

  • Canada: Toronto Pearson (YYZ), Vancouver (YVR), Calgary (YYC), Toronto Billy Bishop (YTZ)
  • United States: Los Angeles (LAX), San Francisco (SFO), Chicago O’Hare (ORD)

Club Avolta has 16 million members worldwide and is positioned as the leading global loyalty program in the airport travel, dining, and duty-free sectors. You can link your accounts in the app or at ClubAvolta.com, and view partnership details at aircanada.com/aeroplan.

“The partnership between Club Avolta and Aeroplan marks a decisive milestone for Club Avolta, as it is our first integration with a North American airline loyalty program,” said Atousa Ghoreichi, Senior Vice President, Digital Solutions, North America at Avolta.

“The journey begins long before arriving at the boarding gate, and we want to make that experience even more rewarding for our members,” said Scott O’Leary, Vice President, Loyalty and Product at Air Canada.
