What About Etihad Guest

Transfer options from Canada have shrunk: Etihad Guest left Amex Membership Rewards on June 20, 2026. For most Canadian travellers, Aeroplan remains the simplest way to pay for this flight with points.

Etihad’s November 25, 2024 release announced Algiers, Atlanta, Chiang Mai, Hanoi, Hong Kong, Krabi, Medan, Phnom Penh, Taipei and Tunis. From Canada, these destinations involve a connection in Abu Dhabi. They are not 10 new nonstop flights from Canada.
