Overview
The Simons loyalty program allows you to earn points you can redeem for rewards cards. In addition, there are privileges offered by the Quebec company Simons. Membership is free and offers great savings on clothing, accessories, jewelry, home goods and more.
Earning points
Upon joining, you will receive a ten-day point multiplier offer.
All members then receive :
- 1 point per dollar spent. Reported within 48 hours.
- Bonus points for promotions.
- 2 X points on the highest purchase made in the month of your birthday.
and the following benefits:
- WEB contests reserved to members,
- returns to store without receipt,
- between 45 and 60 days of return time, depending on the status, for all items except for sales,
- Free home delivery on purchases of $50 or more, while the minimum for non-members is $75.
In addition, members of the « Insider » category are entitled to free alterations, exclusive events and exclusive sales.
Use points at Simons
Each year in November, a Simons card is sent to the member based on this calculation:
- 10 CDN for 500 points followed by $1 CDN on the card for every 50 points.
An email invitation will also inform you of exclusive Simons contests and VIP events.
The status
There are three types of Les Simons memberships based on the amount purchased per year:
Enthusiast: $1 to $999 CDN
Connoisseur: $1,000 to $3,999
Insider: $4,000 and up.

How do I sign up for the Simons program?
This can be done in three ways:
- request a membership card from staff and activate the account in-store or online,
- by registering online,
- by downloading the application on Google Play or in the App Store.
Do The Simons points expire?
No, as long as the account has at least one transaction every 36 months.
How do Les Simons points work?
The Les Simons program is free. For every dollar spent in store or on simons.ca, you earn 1 point per dollar. Redemption works in increments of 500 points for $10, then an additional $1 for every 50 points after that, which works out to roughly 2 cents per point. A rewards card is sent automatically every year in November based on your accumulated balance. The program is exclusive to customers of the Quebec retailer La Maison Simons and works for men’s, women’s and kids’ fashion as well as the home collection.
What exclusive benefits do Simons members get?
On top of points, Les Simons members receive a birthday bonus: double points on your highest purchase made during your birthday month. Members also get early access to seasonal sales, invitations to in-store events (collection launches, styling workshops), and targeted email promotions on the categories you shop most. Some periods also offer bonus points during one-off promotions. The program stacks with sale prices and promo codes.
Can I use my Simons points online and in store?
Yes, Les Simons points are fully transferable between both shopping channels. In store, present your card or member number at checkout and the cashier will apply your certificate or share your balance. Online at simons.ca, sign in to your account before checking out to see your balance and select a certificate at the payment step. This is a key advantage for customers who combine in-store visits in Quebec with online orders for exclusive collections or items out of stock in store.
