Join the Câlin Club
There are 3 ways tojoin Club Câlin:
- online: once registered online, you will get a barcode to show when you buy before the transaction in-store or to connect.
- In-store: you will be given a card that you can activate online or in-store.

Accumulate Câlin Points
Membership in the Club Câlin Mondou loyalty program is free.
Each dollar spent on the total net amount equals one Câlin Point. Present your membership card at checkout or log in online before completing the transaction to collect points.
The earning rate depends on your status: Fidèle and Passionné members earn 1 Câlin point per dollar spent (a 2% return), while Chouchou members earn 1.5 Câlin points per dollar spent (a 3% return). In addition, 100 bonus points are given upon joining, and many discounts and freebies are available for members.
Redeeming points
The discount value is $1 off for every 50 points earned. So 250 points = $5 and 1,000 points = $20.
In-store, all you have to do is present your card and tell the cashier that you want to redeem your points before the transaction is complete. Online, there is only one box to check. The conversion of points to dollars will follow automatically.
The status
There are three statuses in the Club Câlin Mondou loyalty program, determined by your purchase amount over a 6-month reference period (reviewed on the 1st of every month):
- Fidèle: under $125 in purchases
- Passionné: $125 to $349.99 in purchases
- Chouchou: $350 or more in purchases
The Passionné and Chouchou statuses also grant access to an annual birthday gift for your pet (see the FAQ below).

How to register for the Câlin Club Points program?
There are three ways to join the Câlin Club:
- online, through the membership form

No physical card will be issued. A barcode on your smartphone will suffice in-store as well as your online login.
How many Câlin Points do I get per dollar?
Fidèle and Passionné members earn 1 Câlin point per dollar spent, and Chouchou members ($350 or more in purchases over 6 months) earn 1.5 Câlin points per dollar spent. In every case, it takes 50 Câlin points to get $1 off the purchase.
Do Câlin points expire?
No, as long as your account remains active, your points remain valid.
How do the Fidèle, Passionné and Chouchou statuses work?
Club Câlin statuses are determined by your purchase amount over a 6-month reference period, reviewed on the 1st of every month. Fidèle status applies under $125 in purchases, Passionné from $125 to $349.99, and Chouchou from $350 upward. The higher your status, the higher your point-earning rate (up to 1.5 points per dollar, or a 3% return, for Chouchou status), in addition to unlocking the annual birthday gift for your pet starting at Passionné status.
Do you get a birthday gift for your pet at Club Câlin?
Yes, but only Passionné and Chouchou statuses qualify (Fidèle does not). The gift is given once a year, during your pet’s birth month, provided you’ve already completed your pet’s profile in your online Mondou account. It’s a product selected by Mondou according to the program’s terms, not a fixed cash amount. If you’ve registered more than one pet, only the first pet profile created is eligible for the birthday gift.
