IHG One Rewards: Diamond Status in 10 Nights or Double Qualifying Nights, Two Targeted Offers Until December 31

IHG One Rewards is offering select members two targeted promotions for stays from September 30 to December 31, 2026: Diamond status through the end of 2027 after 10 paid nights, or double elite qualifying nights, up to 10 extra nights. These offers are not open to everyone: they only show up in accounts selected by IHG, and registration happens on the IHG One Rewards offer registration page. IHG does not show the terms to members who are not targeted; they were reported by the LoyaltyLobby blog on September 30, 2026.
Diamond status normally takes 70 qualifying nights or 120,000 qualifying points in a year. Getting it in 10 nights is a rare shortcut, especially for Canadian travellers who often stay at a Holiday Inn Express or Crowne Plaza for work. The IHG One Rewards program is worth checking in your account before your next booking.
In both cases, you must register for the offer in your IHG account before your stay. If your account is not targeted, the site asks you for a promo code, then shows the message "We're sorry, this offer is not available to you."
Log in to your IHG One Rewards account and open the offer registration page. The Diamond fast track uses code 39002, and the double nights offer uses code 64062. If registration goes through, the offer is yours. If not, it was not assigned to your account.
IHG targets these offers based on each member's profile, and not seeing the offer in your account does not mean it has ended.
Diamond is the highest public tier of IHG One Rewards. Here is what it adds compared with the lower tiers, according to the official IHG One Rewards tier benefits chart:
| Tier | Qualifying nights or points | Bonus points |
|---|---|---|
| Silver | 10 nights | 20% |
| Gold | 20 nights or 40,000 points | 40% |
| Platinum | 40 nights or 60,000 points | 60% |
| Diamond | 70 nights or 120,000 points | 100% |
| Diamond with the targeted offer | 10 paid nights from September 30 to December 31, 2026 | 100% |
Breakfast for two is often the most tangible perk day to day, especially when travelling as a couple or with family.
If you plan to stay at least 10 paid nights before year-end, the Diamond fast track is almost always the better deal: it puts you at the top of the program until the end of 2027.
Double nights work better for a member aiming at a mid tier, such as Platinum at 40 nights, who is about ten nights short. Up to 10 extra nights can close the gap without booking more stays.
Double nights can also bring you closer to a Milestone Reward. Starting at 20 qualified nights in a calendar year, IHG lets you choose a reward every 10 nights, up to 100 nights, according to the official IHG One Rewards tier benefits page:
The publicly reported terms do not say whether the extra nights also count toward these milestones. Check the terms shown when you register before counting on it.
These targeted offers are separate from the IHG One Rewards fall promotion, which gives bonus points on your stays and is open to every registered member.
IHG points are worth less than those of some other hotel programs, which matters when you compare chains. Our comparison of hotel loyalty programs puts them side by side, and our analysis of buying IHG points with a bonus shows when a purchase makes sense.

Open your IHG One Rewards account and try registering for codes 39002 and 64062 before your next stay. If the Diamond fast track is offered to you and 10 paid nights by December 31, 2026 are realistic, register and consolidate your stays with IHG. If neither offer goes through, nothing is lost: the fall promotion is still open to everyone.
