Earning points
IKEA Family combines immediate access to benefits upon signing up (fast, easy and free) with a points system. You earn 1 point for every $5 spent, in-store and online. Points expire after 24 months of inactivity.
Redeeming points
Once you’ve earned enough points, you can redeem them for a reward of your choice among several categories: delivery, product, service or food. The rewards on offer vary based on your point balance, but are the same for all members.
Regardless of your spending level, membership alone also entitles you to:
- Exclusive discounts, rebates and offers on selected products. In stores and online, look for blue labels.
- A regular coffee or tea at the IKEA restaurant every time you visit.
- One free meal after buying 10.
- Free workshops, for example, on the subject of interior design, while activities are organised for the children accompanying the participants.
- 14-day protection against accidental damage during transport or assembly of the items.
- On weekdays, an extra 30 minutes for children at the Småland playground.
- A monthly draw for a $100 gift card among members.
