Overview
FamiliPlus is the Familiprix pharmacy rewards program. It is implemented in participating branches in Quebec and in part in New Brunswick. It is free and allows you to save money by accumulating points.
Earning points
You can earn FamiliPlus points in several ways:
- Present your card before the end of the transaction at checkout to earn 1 Familiplus point per dollar spent on eligible purchases (net total before taxes and rebates).
- 1,000 points equals $10 off your bill.
- Take advantage of point multipliers or bonuses during promotional offers aimed at the general public.
- Also take advantage of personalized promotions that you will have received by email.
- Participate in contests and events organized by the brand for a chance to earn more points.
Redeeming points
The value of a FamiliPlus point is $0.01. Therefore, 100 points are needed for the $1 equivalent.
Simply ask the staff at the checkout to apply your previously accumulated points to get cash back on your purchases.
It is also possible to donate your points to Opération Enfant Soleil.
The status
There are no statuses in the FamiliPlus program.

How do I register for the FamiliPlus program?
There are two ways to do this.
1- Create a virtual card on the Familiplus website or by downloading the Familiprix application, complete your profile and present your phone at the pharmacy checkout when making purchases.
2- Apply for your FamiliPlus card at a branch. Then complete your profile online at Familiprix.com or by calling 1-844-704-8040.
Do FamiliPlus points expire?
If the membership card is not used for a period of 18 months, the accumulated points will be automatically cancelled.
How many FamiliPlus points do you earn per dollar spent?
The Familiprix FamiliPlus program awards 1 point per dollar spent before tax on most in-store and online products at familiprix.com. This includes health, beauty, baby care, vitamins and general merchandise. Medications, whether prescription or over-the-counter, do not earn any points. Lottery, gift card and stamp purchases are also not eligible. Simply present your FamiliPlus card at checkout to have the points credited.
What is the redemption value of FamiliPlus points?
The FamiliPlus exchange ratio is 100 points for $1 in vouchers, matching the rate already mentioned above (1,000 points = $10). Vouchers can be used on almost all in-store products, except for the usual exclusions (medications, lottery, gift cards, stamps). The reward is applied directly at checkout upon request, once you’ve accumulated a sufficient point balance.
Do you get FamiliPlus bonuses during in-store promotions?
Yes, Familiprix occasionally runs point-multiplier promotions, notably on cosmetics products (one confirmed example: up to 25 times the points on a purchase of $75 or more in cosmetics). These promotions are announced in the weekly flyer, in the FamiliPlus app, and by email to members. To take advantage, simply present your card at checkout as usual when purchasing the targeted products: the multiplied points are automatically added to your account with no additional steps required.
