Best forFrequent Harbour Air seaplane flyers in British Columbia.
Overview
Harbour Air Club is the loyalty program of Harbour Air, British Columbia's seaplane airline. Launched in August 2025, it's free to join. It runs on Club Credits, which only count toward Silver and Gold status. Since December 2025, members can also earn Aeroplan points on scheduled Harbour Air flights.
How to join Harbour Air Club
You join online at harbourair.com, in one of two ways:
- New account: create a Harbour Air Club account.
- Existing account: convert your Harbour Air account (HAS#) into a Harbour Air Club account.
Membership is limited to individuals with a valid email address. A parent can enrol a minor using their own email, as long as that address isn't already tied to another Club account. You start earning from the date you join.
How to earn Club Credits
You earn Club Credits on Harbour Air-operated scheduled flights and scenic tours paid in full. Add your member number to the booking before departure. Your earn rate depends on your tier:
| Tier | Club Credits per eligible dollar |
|---|---|
| Blue | 5 |
| Silver | 6 |
| Gold | 7 |
Qualifying spend includes the base fare, fuel surcharge, sustainability fee and Harbour Air terminal fees. It excludes baggage fees, GST and other taxes, airport fees and third-party fees (including the VHFC terminal fee). Credits post within 7 days of travel.
Bookings that don't earn include:
- bookings made through a leisure travel agency or tour operator;
- industry-discounted fares, standby and staff travel;
- bookings paid with a promotional voucher or High Flyer Rewards points;
- free tickets.
Club Credits have no cash value. You can't redeem, buy or transfer them.
Blue, Silver and Gold tiers
The qualifying period runs from April 1 to March 31. On April 1, your credits and qualifying flights reset to zero. You reach a tier by hitting either threshold:
| Tier | Club Credits | or qualifying flights |
|---|---|---|
| Blue | on joining | on joining |
| Silver | 18,000 | 30 |
| Gold | 35,000 | 50 |
Status applies as soon as you cross the threshold, for the rest of the period and the full following one. For example, a member who reached Silver on September 1, 2025 keeps it until March 31, 2027. A through-fare counts as one flight.
Perks for all members (Blue)

- Early access to sales and a birthday-month gift
- Aeroplan points on eligible fares
- Buy-a-Bag: 25 extra lbs for $45 when pre-reserved, or $55 at check-in (Value, Comfort and Flex fares)

Vouchers expire at the end of the current qualifying period. Baggage and change-fee waivers don't apply to Commuter Pass or Explorer Pass bookings.
Harbour Air Club and Aeroplan
Earning Aeroplan points
Since December 2025, Harbour Air Club members who add their Aeroplan number to their profile earn Aeroplan points on scheduled Harbour Air flights. The number of points is fixed by fare:
| Harbour Air fare | Aeroplan points per flight |
|---|---|
| Flex | 200 |
| Comfort | 150 |
| Value | 100 |
| Light | 0 |
Commuter Pass and Explorer Pass bookings earn as Value fares. Explorer Pass earning is capped at 500 flights per 12-month period. You can join the Club and add your Aeroplan number up to 24 hours after your flight. The same exclusions apply as for Club Credits.
One eligible flight earns both Aeroplan points and Club Credits: the program terms allow late registration "to accrue Aeroplan points and, on their Harbour Air Club Account, Harbour Air Club Credits." Club membership is required to earn Aeroplan points at all.
Redeeming Aeroplan points on Harbour Air
As of October 28, 2026, you can book Harbour Air flights with Aeroplan points:
- Chart: Select Partners
- Price: from 9,000 points
- Fees: Aeroplan's standard partner booking fee
- Itinerary: at launch, Harbour Air can't be combined with another partner on the same booking
- Excluded: scenic tours and charter flights
To judge whether 9,000 points is a good deal, compare with the cash fare on the same route and with our Aeroplan points valuation.

Harbour Air Club FAQ
Does Harbour Air Club cost anything?
No. Joining is free at harbourair.com. If you already have a Harbour Air account, you can convert it into a Harbour Air Club account and keep your number.
Do Club Credits expire?
They can't be redeemed and reset to zero every April 1. They only count toward status. Status you earn stays valid until March 31 of the following year.
How many Aeroplan points does a Harbour Air flight earn?
200 points on a Flex fare, 150 on Comfort, 100 on Value and none on Light. The amount is fixed regardless of distance or price paid.
Can I earn Club Credits and Aeroplan points on the same flight?
Yes. Your Aeroplan number lives in your Harbour Air Club profile, and an eligible flight credits both accounts. Light fares earn Club Credits but no Aeroplan points.
Can I book Harbour Air with Aeroplan points?
Yes, since October 28, 2026, from 9,000 points on the Select Partners chart. Scenic tours and charters are excluded. See our Aeroplan page for partner booking fees.
How do I claim missing points after a flight?
You have 24 hours after the flight to join the Club or add your Aeroplan number. The terms don't provide for retroactive claims beyond that.
