How do I use my CAA Dollars?
CAA Dollars can be used on all CAA Québec products and services: membership renewal, trips booked through CAA Travel, CAA auto and home insurance, online CAA store purchases and automotive services. At checkout, simply mention that you want to apply your CAA Dollars. Each CAA Dollar equals CAD $1. You can check your balance at any time in your online CAA Account or through the CAA Québec mobile app, and there are no expiry concerns as long as the membership remains active.
What are the main discounts offered to CAA members?
CAA Québec members enjoy hundreds of partner discounts: 10% off at Reitmans with the CAA card, up to 10% off at Choice Hotels, preferential rates at Best Western hotels, and Cineplex tickets or bundles at favourable fixed prices (rather than a percentage discount). Members also receive 24/7 roadside assistance (with breakdown service, towing, jump-starts), free road maps and personalized trip planning from CAA Travel advisors.
Is there a CAA credit card?
No, there is currently no co-branded CAA Québec credit card in circulation. The only CAA credit card (a Mastercard issued by National Bank, formerly MBNA) was discontinued on October 3, 2022. CAA Dollars are earned only through eligible purchases at CAA partners (Couche-Tard, recommended garages, Pirelli, Newlook, CAA-Québec Travel).
