How much does Skip+ normally cost?

Skip+ sells for $9.99 per month, or approximately $120 per year. With the CIBC offer, membership becomes free for life as long as you remain an eligible CIBC cardholder.

Which CIBC cards are eligible?

All Dividend, Aventura, Aeroplan, Classic, Costco, Adapta Mastercard, business cards, the CIBC Vacationgold Visa, the CIBC Gold Visa, and the CIBC Advantage Debit Card are eligible.

Is the CIBC debit card eligible?

Yes. The CIBC Advantage Debit Card provides access to free Skip+, just like credit cards. This is a rare promotion that includes debit holders.

How do I activate the CIBC Skip+ offer and receive the $20 welcome voucher?

Click "Link Now," log in to your Skip account (or create one), then add your CIBC card as a payment method. The $20 welcome voucher arrives by email within 48 hours.

Are delivery fees always $0?

$0 delivery fees apply to orders of $15 and more at restaurants participating in Skip+. Not all merchants participate in the program.

How does the $10 monthly voucher work?

You receive a $10 voucher each month after placing 4 orders of $30 or more in the month. This is cumulative with other Skip+ benefits.

What happens if I close my CIBC card?

You lose access to free Skip+. The offer is conditional on maintaining an eligible CIBC card.

Is the offer limited in time?

No. Previously, the benefit lasted 12 months followed by a reduced rate. Since April 29, 2026, membership is free for life, as long as you remain an eligible CIBC cardholder.

Can I activate the offer with a CIBC business card?

Yes, but with a limit: for business credit cards such as the CIBC Aventura® Visa* Card for Business Plus or the CIBC Aeroplan® Visa* Business Plus Card, only one cardholder per account can activate the offer.

Is the offer available everywhere in Canada?
