Aldo Crew was the rewards program of the Aldo Group, a Quebec-based company with a worldwide reputation in the footwear industry. In fact, Aldo products are sold in almost 100 countries. The company also markets accessories such as handbags.
The Aldo Crew program, offered notably in Canada, has come to an end.

Upon joining, a welcome discount of 15% was applied to the first purchase.
All members, regardless of their status, then benefited from:
- 20% birthday discount,
- advantages on delivery costs,
- exclusive offers and benefits,
- early access to collections.
Status
There were three statuses at Aldo Crew, depending on the level of spending over 12 months:
- CREW : $0-149
- PLUS : $150-$299
- VIP : $300+
PLUS and VIP status privileges
In addition to the above rewards, PLUS and VIP status offered:
- free shipping on all purchases or on orders over $50
- annual rewards ranging from 15-20%
- a $15 birthday gift (applicable on any item under $15)
- 6-month extended warranty
- 20% off bags when you buy shoes
Finally, the VIP member also received exclusive offers and surprises.
Frequent questions
Is the Aldo Crew program still active?
No. The program officially ended on July 8, 2026. The loyalty portal is no longer accessible and the benefits (statuses, birthday discount, etc.) are no longer available. Aldo’s standard shipping and return policies now apply to all customers.
What happens to Aldo Crew discount codes already issued?
Discount codes issued before the program ended remain valid until their normal expiration date, generally 30 days after issuance, even if that date falls after July 8, 2026.
Can I still sign up for the Aldo Crew program?
No, new sign-ups are no longer possible since the program no longer exists. Your Aldo account remains active, however: you can still shop, view your order history, and process returns as usual.
How long did a member keep their achieved status?
While the program was active, status was reviewed every twelve months based on the spending charged to the account during the year. It was therefore possible to move to a lower or higher level, with the base CREW status always remaining valid.
Was the Aldo Crew birthday bonus automatic?
Yes, while the program was active, the 20% birthday discount (and the $15 gift for PLUS and VIP status) was automatically generated in the account during the member’s birthday month, provided the birth date was on file in the profile.
