Account Overview
The BMO Plus Chequing Account includes up to 25 eligible transactions per month, including Interac e-Transfers. These share the same monthly allowance; additional transaction fees may apply when you exceed it.
The monthly fee is $12.95, waived when you maintain a minimum daily balance of $3,000 throughout the calendar month. Access your account through online and mobile banking and use BMO ATMs without a BMO withdrawal fee, within your plan’s transaction allowance.
Non-BMO ATM withdrawals cost $2 each in Canada and $5 each outside Canada, including the United States. ATM operator fees may also apply. Standard overdraft protection is available for $5 per month, subject to approval and applicable interest. The standard overdraft monthly fee does not apply to Quebec residents.
