As part of a recent trip to Paris to meet Milesopedia partners, I had the opportunity to stay at the Renaissance Paris Hippodrome de Saint-Cloud<\/a>, a 4-star hotel located in Rueil-Malmaison, near Paris.<\/p>\n

This Renaissance hotel had actually been on my list for some time. Why? Because it’s one of the only Marriott<\/a> hotels in the Paris region to benefit from a truly green setting. Located between the Bois de Boulogne and the For\u00eat domaniale de La Malmaison, the hotel literally borders the Hippodrome de Saint-Cloud<\/a>.<\/p>\n

For this business trip, my aim was to take advantage of the calm offered by this hotel to recharge my batteries after a busy day in the French capital.<\/p>\n

The Renaissance Paris Hippodrome de Saint-Cloud<\/a> is located in the hills above Saint-Cloud, on the border with Rueil-Malmaison and Suresnes.<\/p>\n

With free indoor parking, it’s a 15-minute drive from Porte Maillot. The hotel also has a fleet of electric cars available for hire, for exploring Paris<\/a> and the surrounding area. You can also opt for scooters and bicycles, which are also electric.<\/p>\n

If you opt for public transport, you’ll need to walk 5-15 minutes to reach a service line. As a reference, it will take you around an hour to get to the Eiffel Tower, including the time it takes to walk to a bus line that will take you to the RER or metro.<\/p>\n

Several activities are offered to make your stay enjoyable, such as access to the 9-hole Paris Country Club<\/a> golf course, the Hysope Paris Saint-Cloud Spa<\/a>, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness center.<\/p>\n

It can also be a great place to hold an event, with its 540 square-meter meeting space bathed in natural light, featuring all the necessary equipment for your presentations or animations.<\/p>\n

Please note that check-in starts at 3 p.m. and check-out is at noon.<\/p>\n

The Renaissance Paris Hippodrome de Saint-Cloud<\/a> offers 110 rooms and suites, some with balconies overlooking the Paris Country Club<\/a> golf course or the Eiffel Tower.<\/p>\n

The exterior architecture is reminiscent of a country club, while the interior stands in stark contrast to its modern, spacious layout, punctuated by a few works of art.<\/p>\n
