Previously, there was no fee.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Changes to the Odyssey Visa Infinite Privilege Credit Card&#8221; el_id=&#8221;changes_to_the_odyssey_visa_infinite_privilege_credit_card&#8221;][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Changes in the accumulation of BONUSDOLLARS&#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h3|text_align:left&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221; el_id=&#8221;changes_in_the_accumulation_of_bonusdollars&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221; el_class=&#8221;checkmarks&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>From June 29, 2025, this credit card will be devalued:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Decrease in the Other category from 1.75% to 1.5%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Annual fee for an additional card&#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h3|text_align:left&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221; el_id=&#8221;annual_fee_for_an_additional_card&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Then, as of June 29, 2025, an annual fee of $95 will be charged for each <a href=\"https:\/\/milesopedia.com\/en\/guide\/tutorials\/how-to-add-supplementary-credit-card\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">additional card<\/a>, including for Desjardins members. Previously, there was no fee.<\/p>\n<p>This card is the hardest hit, as the Other category is reduced and you&#8217;ll also have to pay $95 for all additional cards.<\/p>\n<p>For example, if you charge $1,000 a month to your card in the Other category, you&#8217;ll accumulate $15 a month instead of $17.50. At the end of the year, you&#8217;ll lose out because you&#8217;ll accumulate $180 instead of $210. In addition, you&#8217;ll have to pay $95 in annual fees for an additional card (if applicable).<\/p>\n<p>This leaves you with $85 net in BONUSDOLLARS, compared to your $210 before the changes.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Bottom Line&#8221; el_id=&#8221;bottom_line&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221; el_class=&#8221;checkmarks&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/milesopedia.com\/en\/reward-program\/desjardins-bonusdollars\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> BONUSDOLLARS program<\/a> is one of the most popular in Quebec.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s always a shame to see a devaluation or additional fees in rewards programs. If you have an additional cardholder on your main card, you&#8217;ll need to spend more to offset the annual fee on these Desjardins credit cards.<\/p>\n<p>If these changes no longer suit you, we recommend that you carefully assess your needs and expenses.
