Walking from the hotel to CityWalk would be easy, thanks to a 25-minute walk. By car, the journey takes about 8 to 10 minutes.<\/p>\n

Another option is the free shuttle bus from the hotel, with a friendly bus driver.<\/p>\n

Departures are at 7.40am, 9.15am, 10.10am and 11.15am. Then, the return trip from Universal Studios Orlando to the hotel is at 5:25pm, 6:30pm and 7:35pm.<\/p>\n

Wanting to minimize travel time between the hotel and Universal Studios Orlando, I chose this location. The free shuttle, free breakfast for all and the presence of a Universal Studios customer service desk on the premises were perfect for my needs.<\/p>\n

I was warmly greeted at reception and the agent listed all the options available for my stay.<\/p>\n

What’s more, as the hotel was rather sparsely booked, I was able to get an upgrade to a Studio with a King bed.<\/p>\n

This room was large enough for a total of four people, and the sofa could be converted into a bed for two.<\/p>\n

The “bedroom” section included the King-size bed, a large desk with drawers, the wardrobe and a TV.<\/p>\n

The bathroom was divided in two.<\/p>\n

In the first section was the bathroom sink, and the section with mini-refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave oven. The toilet and shower were located on the other side of the door.<\/p>\n

The view from my room was of the hotel pool, some palm trees and the parking lot of an adjacent hotel.<\/p>\n
