Here&#8217;s what you need to know about these major changes.<\/p>\n<p>With all this, Jean Coutu is no longer a partner of the AIR MILES program since <strong>May 15, 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;New program, new banners&#8221; el_id=&#8221;new_program_new_banners&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221; el_class=&#8221;checkmarks&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>As of May 25, 2023, <strong>Metro, Jean Coutu, Super C, Brunet and Premi\u00e8re Moisson<\/strong> are officially part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/milesopedia.com\/en\/guides\/tutoriels\/savings-supermarket-comparison-programs-rewards\/#_conomiser_l_picerie_-_metro_amp_moi_moi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Moi program<\/a>. With all these businesses, this new program will be present in more than 900 locations in Quebec.<\/p>\n<p>The METRO inc. team has promised <strong>personalized offers and additional benefits<\/strong> for this Moi program.<\/p>\n<p>Since the launch of the Moi program, the number of members has increased from 1.2 million to 2.5 million. Since May 2023, 65 million dollars in points have been redeemed by members (or approximately 81 million Moi points). It&#8217;s the most widely used rewards program in Quebec. <\/p>\n<p>Former metro&amp;me members did not need to join the new program. From now on, points to be exchanged are available at any time, always with a minimum of 500 points.<\/p>\n<p>Unredeemed award certificates as of April 27, 2023 will be transferred to the account automatically. Then, they can be exchanged in all Metro, Jean Coutu, Super C, Brunet and Premi\u00e8re Moisson.<\/p>\n<p>Moi points earning:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Metro<\/strong>: 1 Moi point = $1 on purchases before taxes<\/li>\n<li><strong>Jean Coutu<\/strong>: 1 Moi point = $1 on purchases before taxes<\/li>\n<li><strong>Super C<\/strong>: No base points to earn. Points will be earned based on targeted products and personalized offers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Brunet<\/strong>: 1 Moi point = $1 on purchases before taxes<\/li>\n<li><strong>Premi\u00e8re Moisson<\/strong>: 1 Moi point = $1 on purchases before taxes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additional points will also be offered for personalized offers, specific products in store and contests to members. To access your personalized offers, you need to download <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/ca\/app\/jean-coutu-et-moi\/id6447990665\">the &#8220;Jean Coutu &amp; Moi&#8221; application<\/a> and log in with your member information (which is the same as with the old metro&amp;moi program).<\/p>\n<p>Customers of Brunet branches have to go through the same process to access their offers, using the &#8220;Brunet &amp; Moi&#8221; application.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;272189&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221; el_class=&#8221;checkmarks&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>May 14, 2023 was the last day of the <strong>AIR MILES program at Jean Coutu<\/strong>. As we had <a href=\"\/?p=231814\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">suspected for<\/a> some time, Jean Coutu has left the <strong>AIR MILES loyalty program<\/strong> to join the Moi program from METRO Group Inc.<\/p>\n<p>AIR MILES reward miles are not lost and remain in the AIR MILES account. However, it is no longer possible to collect or redeem AIR MILES miles at Jean Coutu stores since May 15, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>All Jean Coutu stores in Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick were affected by this change. This new <a href=\"https:\/\/milesopedia.com\/en\/credit-cards\/moi-rbc-visa-credit-card\/\">moi RBC Visa Credit Card<\/a> will let you do a double-dip.
