The receptionist took note of my Titanium status<\/a> and informed me that the room was on the Club level but that “the hotel does not really have suites”.<\/p>\n

I told her we were travelling with a kitten, and the room was changed to a standard room on the 7th floor (luckily, the hotel does not charge for pets)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The receptionist also informed me that my prepaid reservation, made the day before, could not be charged and that I should be thankful that she did not charge me the daily rate. The employee then asked to see my credit card<\/a> to make sure it was real. I was a little surprised.<\/p>\n

I was also told that the Club Lounge was open, that the Internet was free and that I would get 1,000 points for my status and that the restaurant was open for take-out for dinner.[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text el_class=”checkmarks”]No mention had been made of breakfast, so I asked her what it was: she brought me one bag per person.<\/p>\n
