After washing my hands with disinfectant, the usual formalities, and getting the explanations regarding breakfast, and those specific to COVID, I went to my room.[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”91828″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded”][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”91830″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded”][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]I know we take it for granted but I really appreciated the air conditioning which worked perfectly in this hot weather.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading el_id=”the_room” text=”The room” font_container=”tag:h3|text_align:left” google_fonts=””][vc_column_text el_class=”checkmarks”]At the Hotel Aristocrate<\/a>, I got a room with two double beds on the ground floor, without a balcony. Despite the highways nearby I was not bothered by the traffic. A glass of chilled white wine is always a pleasure in the evening.<\/p>\n

There were sufficient toiletries and towels and I was informed that I could ask for more if needed.<\/p>\n

In COVID time, no one comes to do the rooms and replace the equipment.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”91876″ img_size=”large” add_caption=”yes” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded” ][vc_custom_heading el_id=”common_areas” text=”Common areas” font_container=”tag:h3|text_align:left” google_fonts=””][vc_column_text el_class=”checkmarks”]The reception<\/strong> is small and of course glassed in. Pperations are designed to minimize touching. For example, magnetic cards for the rooms are put back in a container at the end of the stay. The staff is friendly, which is to be expected from good customer service.<\/p>\n

The lobby<\/strong> is airy, but the furniture has obviously had some experience. Clean and heated, the pool can only accommodate ten customers at a time, but I only saw four. You must book your time slot to use the pool in blocks of 45 minutes at the reception, and you are allowed to take more than one block. At the same time you book your chair on the sun or shade side. Towels are given to you at the entrance. When you leave, the chair is disinfected.<\/p>\n
