The Radisson Rewards Program
The Radisson Rewards program is not the most popular in Canada due to the small number of accessible hotels. However, American ExpressPlatinum Card® have the benefit of immediate Radisson Rewards Gold status which entitles them to various benefits:
As Amin points out in his article, many hotels are available for between 9,000 and 15,000 points per night. So this promotion is like getting a free night!
Bottom Line
If you have a one-night hotel stay planned between now and December 28, 2018, it may be worth it for you to choose a Radisson Rewards member hotel to go after those 15,000 points!

By registering and participating in the “15,000 Bonus Points” promotion (“Promotion”), you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Eligible members will be invited to earn 15,000 bonus points by booking and completing one (1) eligible stay between September 17, 2018 and December 28, 2018. Promotion, eligibility and bonus points are not transferable. Nights or stays paid with Points or Points + Cash are eligible for the Promotion. To take advantage of the Promotion, you must register (once only) prior to departure for your eligible Stay.
The 15,000 unique bonus points will be credited to the member’s account when the standard points are credited for the eligible stay. Points will usually be added to the member’s account within 5 days of the end of the qualifying stay, but the posting time may be longer.
