Welcome offer
By applying for the National Bank’s World Elite Mastercard® you could earn a $300 cash back after $4,000 in Card purchases in 3 months.
Beware a rule of the offer:
The offer begins and the net purchases charged to your card are calculated starting the month following the account opening (for example, if the account is opened on January 15, purchases will be calculated starting February 1 and the cashback will be awarded by May 15, 2021). Net purchases between the first and the last calendar day of the month are calculated.
This promotion is intended for individuals who do not have a National Bank Mastercard credit card and have not held a National Bank credit card within the last 24 months.
Unique benefits of the NBC World Elite Mastercard
$250 refund on travel expenses per calendar year
With the Smart Traveller program, each calendar year, as a cardholder of the National Bank’s World Elite Mastercard®, you can get a refund of up to $250 on selected travel expenses.
- Airport parking: $100
- Baggage fees: $100
- Seat selection: $50

This is a great perk for those who use an airport parking lot (note that Park & Fly also works with this benefit) or who have to pay baggage or seat selection fees.
These credits are valid per calendar year. So if you apply for the National Bank’s World Elite Mastercard® in 2021, you can use those credits on travel expenses occurring before December 31, 2021, and you will get new credits on January 01, 2022.
However, if you do not use the 2021 ones, they will be lost.

Unlimited access to the National Bank Lounge at Montreal-Trudeau
With the National Bank’s World Elite Mastercard®, you can get unlimited and complimentary access to the National Bank Lounge at Montreal-Trudeau (YUL).
This benefit is valid for the main cardholder as well as an additional traveller. And up to two children.
