Lynx Air - Launch promotion

We did a simulation with Lynx Air for a round trip Montreal (YUL) – Vancouver (YVR) from June 27 to July 4, 2023 for a family of four or four adults. After getting a promotional discount of $102.96, the total amount is $449.88!

Since this is an ultra-affordable airline, this includes the bare minimum; you have to pay extra for carry-on and checked baggage, priority boarding, seat selection, etc.

Those traveling with carry-on luggage only will be charged an additional fee for each flight. Same scenario if you travel with checked baggage, with slightly higher fees. Fees increase for each additional piece of checked baggage.

However, even with the addition of baggage fees, these flights are still extremely affordable when taking advantage of the promotion!

Want to explore Vancouver? Book now as this promotion ends April 19 at 11:59 p.m. EDT.

Bottom Line

This new route is a great opportunity to explore Western Canada on a budget, so hurry and take advantage of it before all the tickets are gone!

If most of the companies low cost like Lynx Air do not have loyalty programs, it is still possible to redeem accumulated reward points with credit cards like the TD First Class Travel® Visa Infinite* Card or the American Express Platinum Card® to reimburse the purchase of your flights with a statement credit.

At this price and with the welcome bonuses offered by these cards, you’ll have plenty of points left to pay for the rest of your trip!
